Kyriakelis named transportation AVP at Infrastructure BC

Provincial Crown corporation that provides leadership in planning and procurement of complex capital projects promotes George Kyriakelis.

Previously holding the position of project director with focus on the health, transportation, and energy sectors, George Kyriakelis has been promoted to assistant vice-president, transportation, at Infrastructure BC.

Kyriakelis has been with Infrastructure BC since 2013, and has been involved in various roles in the planning, procurement and implementation of several health, education, transportation and energy projects for the organization.

Prior to joining the provincial Crown corporation, he was with Peter Kiewit Infrastructure Group, serving in various management capacities on some of the largest transportation projects in B.C., including the Port Mann Highway 1 signature span, the Pitt River Bridge, and the Sea to Sky Highway Improvement DBFO projects.
